Industrial timber painting
Industrially painted cladding
About our techniques
We paint our timber with Ceetec painting maschine which has flow-coating and adjustable brushes for different timber profiles. Painted timber is dried in the trolleys like it's shown in the picture on the left.
Our painting capacity is up to 11,000 m² of timber per month (1 layer of paint), or approximately 132,000 m² per year. Compared to manual painting, industrial painting is more cost-effective, ensures more uniform coverage, and allows for faster completion of work. We paint both interior and exterior cladding according to the customer’s wishes, offering 1–3 or more layers of paint. In addition, we perform priming, staining, and waxing, and, if necessary, we also apply a fire-retardant coating to the timber.
Waxed interior cladding
Wax retains transparent coating and glow to the interior cladding, where the natural essence of timber can be seen. Different colored waxes can be applied.
